Great looking and working smart lock

Demetris was so helpful in picking out this lock for our front door. He arranged for the locksmith to install as well and it looks fabulous . Easy to use the smart feature on the phone with it. Would definitely order any lock needs with THE CONNECTED SHOP again .

Hi Laurie,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this kind feedback. We’re truly glad to hear that you’re happy with both the look and performance of your smart door lock.

Dimitris will appreciate your mention, and we’re pleased the installation and app experience met your expectations. It means a lot to know you felt supported throughout the process.

We sincerely appreciate your trust in The Connected Shop and look forward to helping with any future smart door lock needs.

Smart door lock

I wish there was more features on the lock. I wish that I could unlock the door without having to receive a notification from the lock itself. It would be nice to put it in passage mode through the phone or linked device. Instead of having to enter a code that way, I could leave it in passage mode during the day or the weekend when people are in and out, then lock the door remotely with my phone.

Hi Jevon,

It is so good to receive your honest feedback, Jevon! We truly appreciate your input and the time you took to share your experience with your Smart Door Lock. Your suggestions regarding passage mode and remote unlocking are excellent points, we value these insights as they help our team continuously enhance product functionality.

We’ll make sure to forward your comments to our R&D team for consideration in future updates. Thank you again for being part of our growing smart security community and for trusting The Connected Shop.

Smart Door Lock Slim

Love this thing! Took me years to find a smart door lock for our ThermaTru French Doors. Have everyone in our family’s finger finger print program. The tech and customer support staff were super responsive!!!! Totally impressed by the service and product!
